AskBuzz.ai values your privacy and provides a transparent way for you to request the deletion of your data associated with our Facebook/Meta integration.

If you would like to delete your user activities for AskBuzz.ai, you can do so by following the instructions below:

Option 1: Via Facebook Settings

1. Log into your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.

2. On the left-hand menu, click on Apps and Websites.

3. Find AskBuzz.ai in the list and click the Remove button.

4. In the confirmation pop-up, you may also check the box to "Allow Facebook to notify AskBuzz.ai that your login connection was removed."

Option 2: Direct Request

If you wish to have your data manually removed from our internal databases, please submit a request via email:

• Email: support@askbuzz.ai

• Subject: Data Deletion Request

• Required Info: Please provide the email address or name used to sign up for AskBuzz.ai so we can accurately identify and remove your record.

Processing Time

Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion of your personal data from our servers within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
